Limpopo Province, formerly Northern Transvaal , is divided into five districts with 26 municipalitées themselves.
The Limpopo is situated in northeastern South Africa, it a common border with Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Botswana.
It also borders the provinces of Gauteng , the Mpumalanga and North-West province .

Limpopo is mostly known for these magniques landscapes, its fauna and flora in many private reserves but also to the famous Kruger National Park , recognized internationally.
What makes it a province is popular with tourists and South African.

The Limpopo has 5.5 million inhabitants for a 43-densitée persons/km2.
Limpopo is the poorest province in South Africa but one of the richest in wildlife.
The population of Limpopo is very diverse in language and culture.

97.3% of its population is 2.4% black against white.

Pedi language, spoken by the majority is Northern Sotho is spoken by 57% of the population, followed by the Shangaan language, people, Tsonga (23%) of the Venda (12%).
The Afrikaans is spoken by only 2.3% of the population of Limpopo.

The Christian religion is the most important.

AIDS comtamine 18.5% of the population, but if this rate is high, it is low compared to other provinces of South Africa.
