Windhoek to a semi-arid climate.
The average annual rainfall is around 360 millimeters.
The average annual temperature is about 20°C, those who are high because Windhoek is at altitude and is located on the tropics.

During the summer months, the days are hot and nights are cool.
During these months the temperatures easily expect 30°C.

During winter months are from June to August, rainfall is low.
Temperatures range between 5°C and 18°C.
The nights are generally cool but no snow, and temperatures rarely drop below 0°C.

The vegetation in the area of Windhoek is rather consists of scrub and steppe.
