I. Chronology of Namibia
27000: Early inhabitants of Namibia: the San .
-1300: Arrival of the Nama and Damara.

September 27, 2009: 50th anniversary of the SWANU, the oldest political party in the country.
27-28 November 2009: Re-election of Hifikepunye Pohamba.
